Can each team member have their own line?
Yes. Each of the 3 VoIP lines has its own extension and number. Team members can receive calls independently, or you can route all inbound calls through one main number to an IVR/ring group.
How do call transfers work?
Attended and blind transfers are both supported. You can put a caller on hold, consult a colleague internally, then complete the transfer — just like a traditional office PBX.
What happens if all lines are busy?
Callers are placed on hold or sent to voicemail, depending on your configuration. You can also configure overflow routing to a mobile number.
Can I add more lines later?
Yes. You can upgrade to the SIP Trunk Enterprise plan or we can add additional channels to your account. Contact support and we'll sort it out same day.
Do I need a physical desk phone?
No. A softphone app on your laptop or smartphone works perfectly. We support Zoiper, Grandstream Wave, 3CX, and any SIP-compatible client.
Is the 2,000 minutes shared across all lines?
Yes, the 2,000 minutes is a shared pool across all 3 lines. Outbound calls deduct from the shared pool; inbound calls are free.
