Setting Up Your VPN
This guide covers setting up the VPN service purchased through Softhost.
Step 1 – Download the App
After purchasing, download the VPN client app for your device from the link provided in your welcome email. Apps are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Step 2 – Log In
Open the app and log in using the credentials from your welcome email.
Step 3 – Connect
Select a server location and click Connect. A green indicator confirms you are connected and your traffic is encrypted.
Troubleshooting
- If the connection fails, try a different server location.
- Ensure your firewall is not blocking the VPN client.
- Restart the app and try again.
