How to Upgrade Your Wireless or LTE Plan
Softhost makes it easy to upgrade your wireless or LTE plan as your data needs grow.
Option 1 – Upgrade via Client Area
Log in to my.softhost.co.za → My Services → select your wireless service → click Upgrade/Downgrade.
Option 2 – Contact Support
Open a support ticket and our team will process the upgrade within 1 business day.
What Happens After Upgrade?
- New data allocation activates immediately or at next billing cycle.
- You will receive a confirmation email with updated plan details.
- Billing is pro-rated for mid-cycle upgrades.
