Getting Started with Softhost Email
This guide helps you set up your business email hosted with Softhost.
Step 1 – Create Your Mailbox
Log in to my.softhost.co.za, go to your hosting service, and create a new email account under Email Accounts.
Step 2 – Configure DNS
Ensure your domain MX records point to Softhost mail servers. These are provided in your welcome email and in the client area.
Step 3 – Access Your Email
- Webmail: webmail.softkings.co.za
- Email client (Outlook/Thunderbird): Use IMAP settings from your welcome email
- Mobile: Add account using IMAP on iOS or Android
